XFER – Multiphase Transfer Pump
Pump 100% liquid to 100% gas and transfer oil, gas, and water simultaneously to optimize production and facilities
Fluid transfer revolution
No phase separation
Designed to transfer oil, water, and gas from the wellhead to the battery, the dual-acting, low-speed hydraulically driven reciprocating Multiphase Transfer Pump simultaneously reduces casing, wellhead, and flowline pressures, enhancing production, reviving low-pressure wells, and optimizing operations by eliminating early facilities.
Emulsions from wells are normally handled using early facilities that include a separator, compressor, pump, flares, tanks, and a control room.
The Multiphase Transfer Pump replaces this equipment and directly transfers emulsions over long distances and through mountainous terrain to a central facility.
Our technology is built to pump and compress 100% fluid to 100% gas, even under demanding conditions with 25% to 99% gas volume fraction (GVF), sand, and paraffins. With a true 100% turndown capability, you stay in full control, no matter how your well behaves.
| We handle emulsions with ease | We enhance production flow | We eliminate facilities and optimize operations |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer emulsions (oil, water, gas) without separation or scrubbers and directly from the well to the battery. | Reduce casing, wellhead and line pressure, and allow older wells to access the flowline to increase production. | Replace early separation facilities or satellites and streamline your operations and reduce costs. |

Remote intelligence for your full control
No matter where your XFER is, you are always in control. Our Remote Control and Monitoring System (RCOM) transforms any smart device or laptop into your control center, giving operators real-time visibility and hands-on control from anywhere. With instant alerts via email, SMS, or phone call, you’ll know the moment conditions change.
Your benefits at a glance
Compact, modular, mobile
XFER’s compact design allows quick installation, easy relocation, and rapid production scaling.
Easy operation. Easy maintenance
The fully automated unit with remote control requires minimal supervision. This results in less maintenance than traditional technologies with less unplanned downtime.
Eliminates emissions
By reducing or eliminating flaring and venting, the XFER helps achieving environmental goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
Engineered for low OPEX
Due to the absence of vibration and bearings, there are fewer moving components, less wear, and lower operating costs.
Replace early facilities
Fluids from wells are normally handled using early facilities that include a separator, compressor, pump, flares, tanks, and a control room. XFER replaces this equipment and directly transfers emulsions over long distances and through mountainous terrain to a central facility.
Reliable by design
99% runtime with few moving parts, advanced sealing technology, and soft start operation, ensuring maximum uptime.
No issues with challenging conditions
No shutdowns from associated liquids or corrosive gases (H2S and CO2); reduces maintenance and eliminates the need for knockouts. Handles minimal flows.
Energy efficiency
The 100% turndown reduces power use and heat, increasing efficiency. Power consumption is just 30–60% of installed capacity, unlike traditional systems.
Boost natural well flow
Effectively reduces liquid loading in freeflowing wells and delivers production to the facility for processing.
Patented technology
The patented dual-acting horizontal reciprocating compressor, powered by a hydraulic system, was designed to prevent contact between process fluids and the hydraulic fluids.
