Global Product Manager - Customer Training
Mr. Baldussu has his 1st experience with RECIP's tech during the university 2005 patent study and the analysis of HydroCOM and regulation methodologies for RECIPs and deepen his knowledge of high-level
design methodologies during Ph.D. studies.
As Head of Engineering at HOERBIGER he consolidated experience on design of capital parts and for two years, he shares his knowledge during customer training.
Technical Trainer - Global
Mechanical engineer with more than 24 years of experience working with reciprocating compressors, acting on all related areas, such as sales, manufacturing process, drafting, engineering, field service, quality, tech support and training, on all major brands compressors.
Later on his career, his tasks were mostly directed towards training and tech support, allowing him to get in touch with customers and fellow field service team demands and share his knowledge.
Acting now as a Technical Trainer, he can help more people to learn about all aspects of reciprocating compressors.
Technical Trainer - NAM
In addition to his AOS In Automotive Technology II, Alex brings 20 years of mechanical experience with a focus on Machine Analysis and Reliability. Alex holds certifications in vibration analysis, motion amplification, and oscilloscope signal processing.
He has held roles as a Reliability Specialist for a major upstream oil company as well as a Machinery Analyst for a reciprocating compressor OEM specializing in Hyper and Piston Reciprocating Compressor Online Monitoring, Analysis, and Machine Protection.
His current role as Technical Trainer for North America allows him to leverage his passion and talent for educating others.
Field Service Technical Trainer - Global
With 12 years of experience in field service for reciprocating compressors, Vikas Somvanshi specializes in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. Having worked with major compressor brands across various industries, Vikas has developed expertise in ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.
In addition to field service, Vikas provides technical support and training, sharing knowledge with teams and customers to enhance operational performance. His in-depth technical expertise allows for the effective resolution of complex service challenges, making him a trusted resource in the industry.
In his current role as a field service trainer, Vikas shares his technical knowledge with service teams worldwide, helping them solve issues faster, reduce downtime, and improve performance.
