Suction control
for water injected screw compressors
Compressor capacity must be regulated whenever it exceeds current demand. HOERBIGER suction control valves regulate compressor suction volume and close the suction duct during off-loading and shutdown. Airflow is straight through the valve so that flow resistance is very low.
Intake regulation, on/off or stepless with venting and check valve function.
Disc type control (HK):
Straight through flow valve with butterfly type control disc and swing type check valve with integrated modulation control. Stepless / two-point control-full load or idling via servo-cylinder.
Poppet type control (TS):
Straight through flow valve with poppet type check valve.
All components corrosion free/protected.

TS: 1 to 40 Nm3/min I 35 to 1410 scfm - Maximum working pressure:
