Positive acting controller: Supplies proportionally increasing signal with increasing inlet pressure
Negative acting controller: Supplies proportionally decreasing signal with increasing inlet pressure
- Maximum working pressure:
- 16 or 28 barg I 230 or 410 psig
- Operating pressure:
- 2 to 25 barg I 30 to 365 psig
- Ambient temperature:
- -20 to +120 °C I -4 to 248 °F
At idling the valve releases air to lower the discharge pressure and reduce energy consumption.
At stop the valve releases the discharge pressure inside the compressor for restart.
VVF:
Normally open valve, activated pneumatically by integrated solenoid valve.
Add-on option for HOERBIGER suction controllers
HEV:
Normally closed valve, activated with pneumatic signal.
AVP:
Solution for portable compressors only.
Normally open valve, activated via proportional pneumatic signal.
